PAYG to 4G
Options
I am thinking about moving from PAYG to a SIM Only 4G contract, as I need to use the Internet while on the move.
My phone is fine as it accepts 4G, so I am only changing my SIM deal. My PAYG is Virgin.
1. If I get a 4G SIM ONLY monthly deal with Virgin, then presumably they just send me a new SIM. But how do I keep my phone number the same ?
2. If you have 4G phone...then when in use if a WIFI connection is available does it automatically switch to wifi hence avoiding data usage by 4G? Or do you have to keep manually switching between the 4G and wifi in order to keep things under control ?
Thanks.
