Subject Access Request. It obliges them to send you all data they hold on you.
And £10 because that's what it costs.0 -
So i write to each card provider and ask for a Subject Access Request on my account number, they provide it, then if it says PPI, i claim through Resolver ?0
-
No.
1. Phone them up and ask if you had PPI.
2. If they say no, but you still think you did, do a SAR.
3. For those you had PPI with, send your COMPLAINT directly to them.
You're not making a claim and there's no need to slow the process doing by using Resolver or any other third party.0 -
Thanks again guys, just started two online enquiries to check if i had PPI, this link has been very useful,
https://www.fca.org.uk/ppi/how-to-complain
i just typed in the card name in the search bar, and it led me to online forms, at FCA site, don't think ill bother with a claims company.0
