Hi, I’ve had quite a few credit cards in the past, most of them over five years ago, and I’d like to check if i had PPI on them, and if so I’d like to claim it back myself, but I’m just beginning this, can anyone tell me the best way to check if i had PPI on anything, and the best way to claim it back myself please ?

If you had PPI, make a valid mis-selling complaint.0 -
Hi,
Use resolver.co.uk tools and just follow the steps.
Good luck0 -
Resolver is not required.0

Thanks guys, I’ve set up a resolver account, will that tell me if I’ve ever had PPI with a card provider ?0
-
No. It just slows down communication with the lender.0
-
So you’ve just got to put in a claim with a card you know you’ve had, even if you don’t know if ppi was on that card ?0
-
No. Find out if you had PPI, at the very least.
Then put in your complaint reasons. Not a claim.0 -
How would i find out if I had ppi ? My own surviving documentation or does the provider have to tell me if I asked them, or is there another way ?0
-
Phone them up and ask if you had it.
If they don't know or can't find you, you need to send a SAR and £10.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -
