OSPS NOT paying cashback!

Same thing happened to me.
They confirmed that they had received and had processed it.
But the CS said he could not tell WHEN I would receive the cheque.

What can I say? :<

grumbler, where did it say 21 days? In documents you got with the phone?

message stays the same until i get the cashback. Only way will change is if i don't get anything! Regardless of them being part of CPW I wont touch them again!

This is what is on the letter from them when I got the phone. No mention of working days or 45 days to wait.

My 1st £100 cashback claim was due 4 months after date of connection, which was 21/04/05. I posted the claim form with a copy of the bill and a covering letter to them on 20/04/05 by 2nd class post - no recorded delivery. I got the £100 cheque from them promptly on 05/05/05 with the cheque dated 22/04/05. Looks like they processed the claim immediately after they received it!

Still no cashback...getting angry now! Will phone them again 2morrow....grrrrr

Cheghead, I understand your frustration & do believe they should be quicker in processing but I think you just need to wait a bit. CPW sometimes take well over a month to send me my cheque. Your just getting people unnecessarily panicked
