Declaring my end of month total 317.28 Not too bad. I!!!8217;m confident that it is right this month as I have got much better at writing things down plus I have developed an envelope system. I got the money out at the beginning and spent that only.Gc challenge £363.53/ 500

£3.58 spent in work today, got charged full price for teabags that were YS as dates end of Feb, by a colleague. Didn't notice til i got home and not in til the 11th. So just going to have to write it off as a mistake, thought im a bit peed off. If i'd have noticed at the time or been in sooner, i'd have probably said something as it was a £1.20 overcharge :mad:GC Jan £101.91/£150 Feb £70.96/150 Mar £100.43/150 Apr £108.45 app/150 May £149.70/150 Jun £155.15/150 July £89.90/£150 (includes food, toiletries and cleaning from 13th to 12th of each month. Evening all
Last spends of the month and mainly for eating in March, but bought today due to weather forecast
Al*i = £23.34
Morries = £19.03
So declaring for March at £143.21/200 :j Loverly jubbly - that means £56.79 to add to bulk buy at the end of the month.
Meals this week are as follows, though not in any particular order but just as I fancy
Chicken in mustard and dill sauce, croquette potatoes, carrots and asparagus
Corned beef with new potatoes and large mixed salad
Roast beef with all the trimmings
Salmon steaks with stir-fry veggies, bean-sprouts and chilli/ginger sauce
Chilli wraps with hm guacamole, sour cream, grated cheese and beetroot salad
Shepherd's pie with green veggies
Omelettes with spicy potato wedges and avocado salad
All my meals are HM from scratch. We have plenty of hm soups, eggs, tinned fish etc for lunches and fruit and yoghurt for afters. I might make some pancakes or a bread and butter pudding for a treat sometime during the week. Breakfast is usually porridge for me and DH has cereal.
Well done all those coming in under/about budget and that others are starting to get there.
Stay warm and safe peoples - spring's just round the corner

Going to declare this month as £388.40 out of £390. Very pleased with that. We would have been way under but I decided to stock up on several things for next month to give me a fighting chance on the March thread
Hopefully we won’t all be snowed in this week. Very hit and miss here at the moment. Keeps snowing and then the sun comes out and thaws it. I’d be happy for it to stay that way.
Currently got the mother of all colds and not feeling up to doing much cooking from scratch. Think the antibiotics have killed off my own immune system! :rotfl:
Hope the other poorly people get well soon.LBM 23/09/13 - DFD 08/10/17 :T0
