Unlocking my iphone 5c
Options
Hi
I have a apple mobile, and am with 02.
My phone has gone wrong so have taken it back to place of purchase. They have said its going to be 28 days, which i am not happy about.
So,
I have obtained a iphone 5c from my son, this is locked to ee.
I have been to the 02 shop and they said i can ring 02 th get the phone unlocked. O2 say they cant do this, i must speak to ee.
Ee wont speak to me as i am a customer of 02.
Is there a way of me unlocking the phone i have so it can be used with my 02 sim card.

If the phone is locked to EE then only EE can unlock it.
EE have a process on their website for non-customers to phone in and request the unlock for £8.99.
If the phone is from your son’s contract he can request the unlock from EE for free.====0 -
Here’s the link to the EE page, OP’s son doesn’t even have to phone in to do it.
