Contact one. Today. Although they may not be willing to help you if they're not going to get paid.
You could call Business Debt line too.
Even if you're operating as a limited company, be aware that HMRC can apply to the court to enforce the debt against you personally. This seems likely given your contributory negligence.0 -

Did you give them proper pay slips showing the deductions? P60s ? If not their state pensions may be gone for however long unpaid. Are you sure this isn't an attempt to declare you bankrupt?0
