I know! The conversation was all a bit of a blur. I can't remember what radio station they said, but it was definitely a radio station and they said I entered online.

It was an agency so the only thing I can think of was that they were snowed under with Christmas promotions! I hope it's not another comp but I've been through everything and there are no other comps quite like this that I've entered.

If the winners cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period or are not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

Thanks for pointing that out. I did think of that possibility once One-Eye pointed out it had been so long. But then again, maybe they did try and contact me before. I'm a nightmare for losing my phone for days, even weeks at a time or not having it charged up. Think I was particularly bad before Christmas.

Really not the way I should be when entering comps though!!!
