I am thinking of taking Virgin Broadband via cable, as I don't have a phone line and not planning to take one.
Anyone knows what is the peace of mind on Virgin broadband. i.e if I don't like their service, can I cancel them within 14 days of install or something like that??. I can't see anything on their terms.

Can you go with Virgin media cable boradband without the TV? I've got sky but need to get a new supplier and i believe i can get quicker speeds via cable?0

Customer service is so bad........... connections go down . or off altogether ... I managed a whole 12 hours with them before they invoiced me for £ 65.00.............
My BF has just today cancelled .. having had no connection for 4 days , cos theye are telling him he cant get Broadband .. hes only been on a BB connection with them for 4 months !! Like who they kidding ..........

Yes, but Broadband alone costs £18/mth.0 -
