I think you can only hold one Regular Saver at a time, regardless of issue.0

This is significant in the 'Can I have issues 3 AND 4 question' as it's terms state the same 'Only hold one of these accounts at a time' clause.
If this is true this would preclude anyone from having 3/4 AND one of these 170 Accounts but this ISN'T the case.
Someone at Saffron needs to revisit the T&Cs0 -

I thought my post was clear enough? I told the very confident person I spoke to that I had No:3 and asked if I could have No:4 as well. Answer was no; they didn't need to consult/check/ask someone else. They knew.0 -
You can't have both - I've just phoned.JamesRobinson48 wrote: »For completeness: Saffron BS has also just launched a "170th birthday" RSA paying 2.50%. It has postcode restrictions, however these do extend a little beyond the immediate operating area.
It appears that existing Saffron customer can apply for the birthday one online even if they have the normal RS one (certainly if you have issue 3). I haven't gone ahead with the application but perhaps someone who does can confirm that they managed to open one, and that it stays open.:cool:0 -
The Santander RS rate is now 2.5% and Nationwide have scrapped their RS altogether.0

I can confirm it's not possible, at least not online. If you have an issue 3, issue 4 is not on the menu of additional savings accounts to open online. You got the 170th birthday one on the list though......0 -

Yep, that’s correct Colsten, and existing Nationwide ones are still at 5% until maturity.0
