small biz registered address servicer provider

Is there a service provider where the company registered address can be changed to as a mail box drop, rather than the home address?
Yes there are plenty of companies that can provide the company with a registered address. I run such a company, you need to search for 'registered office service' on search engines.
The advantage of this type of service is not only junk mail not going to the home address directly but it will also stop the home address being plastered all over search engines. Lots of websites scrape the data from Companies House records and then regurgitate it in an attempt to sell other services. This results in multiple listing of the registered address online.
When looking at providers check what mail they include in the services as a 'registered office only' option will not usually allow your customers to write to that address in addition to it being used at Companies House as the registered address. You can however usually upgrade to include this if needed.0 -

I'm not sure how you would restrict such use by customers, but if you are able to, it would seem to contravene the fundamental requirements as laid down under the Companies Act 2006 (as amended) for a company's registered address.
i.e.A company must at all times have a registered office to which all communications and notices may be addressed.0 -
