Thanks for that - good point - the hotel with the problem said they didnt have non-smoking and smoking rooms - but I guess from what you say that a lot will - so - right, I will specify non-smoking room, as well as quiet room, in future.

See what you are saying! Obviously one of those loopholes in the law that needs to be put right.
