so I was delighted to send it to the CS .... wrapped in clingfilm to keep it together!

Genius idea! Sets off to hold assorted boxed games together.
Then I can Prove they haven't played in in months & donate it whole & intact!

Er, this doesn't apply to Mah Jongg sets now, does it?

The GP kondoed a corn from my left foot, I am immensely relieved it was so quick and painless.

8 children's books to the village's little free library.

2 pairs of socks, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 pieces of rope to the ragbag.

I need to step up my search for a renovation/extension architect, as the current extension is leaking and probably coming away from the house! It is a cheap 60's extension, with a plastic and asbestos wavy sheeting roof. If it was just the area over the kitchen, it wouldn't be so much if a priblem, but the extension starts halfway over the study and a bit over the living room.....

Wow, Slinky, congratulations! Hope the move goes smoothly - have you got more kondoing to do between then and now?

Great news Slinky. Our move is still weeks away but I'm packing stuff up and feeling very organised.

8 paperbacks and 2 puzzles ready to head to the village hall tomorrow morning. 2 tops listed on the bay of E haven't had any interest so will head them towards a CS later in the week (and aim to pop a few more bits in the bag to make it worthwhile)

Yes plenty of candidates for things to be ditched, not a lot of time to do it though, off on a well needed holiday soon, will have about 3 weeks to clear some more junk out when we get back. I'm hoping I can drive again then. Not been able to for the past 6 weeks since I broke my arm.

Thanks for asking, it's coming along OK. Been signed off by the fracture clinic, will need to go for physio again when I get back from holiday. It aches at times, particularly in the morning when I wake up as I will have been lying with it unsupported overnight. Need to do more tai chi to loosen and strengthen it.
