BT Contract Length

Hi guys,

Took out an all-singing, all-dancing contract last year sometime, pretty certain it was for 12 months? Had loads of discounts, cashback and a £200 MasterCard etc. Is there a way of finding out a glance, as in not calling them, exactly when my contracts up? Anything in the online account section? I can't see anything obvious.

My bill's £40.99 atm, after the recent increase but I think it goes up again after the promotional 12 month Honeymoon period is over

Great! I ordered on the 17th March and was activated on the 31st.

Doesn't mention contract length though? Do they have a Live Chat or anything? I can't face a half hour wait on the phone to them

Edit: I see it now! Yep, definitely a 12 monther...

So at what point can I actually start proceedings with another supplier and not face a penalty? I probably will ring them just before leaving but I really don't facing going back to an 18 month contract.
