Definitely a dish issue, the channels are broadcast in groups at differing frequencies/power/polarisation and the channels you've lost are all around the same point in the frequency spectrum, the Sky channels are higher up.
https://www.lyngsat.com/packages/Sky-UK.html lists the channels in groups so you can see the ones you've lost are near each other.
You need to re-align the dish as 75% on both isn't anywhere close to being good enough.
