Not really getting answers from Sky so I thought i'd see if anyone here can shed some light. Have noticed on certain channels I am getting a problem with the dish and the signal. I have noticed the channels where the signal struggles is with BBC ITV Channels 4 and 5 but if I go onto a sky channel i.e Atlantic, Sky One etc its fine. Why are the "Terrestrial" channels struggling while all the others are fine.

All channels are digital so it looks like youre dish is out of alignment.0

Thank you for getting back to me. The alignment is what I was thinking but it seems strange that its only the terrestial channels that have the issue whereas the other "sky" channels have no fault at all. I am not that tech savvy so just assumed the signal for all the channels came from the same way0

You get different groups of channels from different satellites I think a lot of the traditionally terrestrial channels come from the same satellite so it could be that the dish isn't well aligned for that one which is why you aren't getting those signals0

The bar is about 75%0

There were two signal strength bars and both were 75%0

There should be signal strength and signal quality. When I had a similar problem to you (a few years ago) it was trees! It was fine in winter but when the trees were in full leaf, I used to get pixilation. I moved my dish across the garden to avoid all the trees.0

^This. Unless you have an old sky box with a single input you should have 2 sets of input settings - Signal Strength, Signal Quality and Lock Indicator.0

I believe Signal Quality is a better indication that Signal Strength.
I had a similar problem some years ago. Some channels ok some not so good.
I deduced that the 'bad' channels were all on a particular polarization. Horizontal as opposed to Vertical.
I changed the LNB and all channels were ok.
