Do you mean you want a landline, but not from talktalk, or that you don't want a landline at all? If you dont want a landline at all, then you don't do anything, the current owners should notify TT that they are moving and eirther cancel the service or take the service to their new address.0

Whomever that line is registered to needs to cancel it.
Or you need to port in your own line with whomever you choose which will in turn cancel the TalkTalk line0 -
Hi Iansl2000,
Our team will be able to look into this for you, can you clarify whether you mean there is a already a TalkTalk landline present in the flat you're moving into, or you don't want to take your existing services with you?
Thanks,
