Right click on your network icon, Open Network Internet Settings, Change Adaptor Options. What does it show for the wifi adaptor ?
Right click This PC > Properties > Device Manager > Network Adaptors and check there is a wifi adaptor present.0 -
what would the wifi adapter be called ??0
-
Generally you should have Ethernet & WiFi in the change adaptor settings option, in the Device Manager should show as Wireless Network Adaptor.0

Found it had to unhide devices !!
Qualcomm AtherosAR5007EG Wireless Network Adapter
When I click 'Properties General' I see this
Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)
To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer.0 -

I would ..... Driver, Uninstall Device then re start. The system should then find the card and install the driver.0
