Etihad delay

Hi all.
there does not seem to be any thread for Etihad airlines hence I am starting new thread.

I have been looking online for claims for compensation sites and there seems to be a few. i have emailed several but no reply, they do not look to be genuine ....
I have a few phone numbers which have yielded nothing more than automated messaging re flight times etc...
I am getting nowhere.
can anyone give me a genuine website or phone number or address that I can follow up.

not sure why you are looking for a claims company when you can deal with a claim direct with the airline. Maybe have a search for Vauban's Guide
