Sorry if I woke you:), I was about at 2, blooming foxes yelping somewhere nearby, I thinks there's a family as neighbour has seen some cubs around
Sunny here too. I'm "packing" (the process is: think about doing it, go and stare at something, get overwhelmed, walk away for now).0 -

I got one called Mr Lees Noodles Zen Garden Vegetables. I hope it tastes nice.:D
The pot noodle was horrible, it didn't have any flavour at all! I will not be buying that again!:eek:0 -

Oh I accidentally mentioned you in the topic about Brexit Prep when waffling about Morr's actually. Said post is here if inclined.Wednesday2000 wrote: »The pot noodle was horrible, it didn't have any flavour at all! I will not be buying that again!
Related to noodles(kind of) those 'shot mug' packs (usually 4x£1 if you look) their chicken one is nice but I could not see it lately, then I realised they have changed the colour from a cyan (to my eyes at least) gray colour pack for this flavour! :rotfl: , did not get any as I wondered if they "improved" the content. I will have some next time to see maybe.
Once I've run the pantry down a bit in prep for shop next week ( probably likely the end of next week too (!), going to be a long few days between now+then :rotfl: ) at least there's food+elec+gas+feral colony foods so I don't have to worry about that stuff, when said pennies might appear.0 -
I did try a different 'known' brand once but did not like at all. To be honest the really cheap ones can be a bit like that. Maybe if there is a next time the 'more well known' green coloured chicken/mush one perhaps.
It was quite expensive as well, £2.50!
I did used to like the really cheap basics noodles you could get from Sainsbury's, I think it was. I might look for that next time. I think they were only about 25 pence.2025 GOALS

 Must be a misunderstanding ?
The 'regular' noodly pots are 60p here at BM , about 80p give/take a little elsewhere and the larger "king" type ones vary but can be got for £1 - £1.20 usually.
Was that just for a "single pot" ? I'm shocked!0 -
Good afternoon everyone,
Shame about your pot noodle Wednesday especially as it was so expensive!
Must of been the night for nocturnal disturbances, I was woken by cats fighting nearby:mad: just after two and it took me ages to get back over. I didn't get up until after 9am and tbh could have slept on if I wasn't getting groceries delivered. Said groceries have arrived and been put away, tea bag stash has been restored:). It's cool and grey here but supposed to stay dry so I might get a bit done outdoors later. Lunch is going to be a cheese & tom sandwich with a peach and a fig. For dinner tonight I'm swithering between veggie pasta or a smoked sausage, veg & bean hash type affair. I'll decide later on.0 -

Yes, it was just the size of a normal pot noodle. I thought it was going to be a high quality one and a lot bigger as it was from Ocado. Total rip-off. I might write a scathing review lol.2025 GOALS

YS "Baby" spuds boiled, mayo stirred in & now maturing ready for joining my Chicken + salad dinner
Picked the outdoor toms and the blighty plants now binned
Thinking back to nocturnal goings on last night, it was a cold clear moonlit night last night, maybe that was stirring the animals up?
Off topic, I have a nagging thought about a song with "cold clear moonlit night" in it, dredging memory I think it was in Scottish dialect, "monlicht nicht" Trigger anyone's memory?Eight out of ten owners who expressed a preference said their cats preferred other peoples gardens0 -

I kind of feel I've "earnt" a takeaway .... although I'm far far far far from seeing the end of things that need to be sorted/done/packed/etc....
.... trouble is, I CBA to go and get it.
Had eggs/toast & toast/beans/cheese today.... and the rest of the choccies ... and a kitkat.
If a takeaway appeared by magic I'd eat it though, but they don't.0
