    Thank you!

I've not done it yet though, 13 days to go.

Current students eat a lot, the most ever. I'm cooking vast amounts of food but my meal plan can cope. £80 spent on food this week (double my normal amount).

Oh wow, earthgirl! That's amazing! What an amazing achievement!

Just wondered, didn't you pay your last mortgage off on your 30th birthday? You obviously like to treat yourself :D

I wish so much your diaries hadn't been deleted!!

Think I paid the last one off on my brothers birthday but don't remember which year, and also annoyed that my diary was deleted so that's briny know!

Anyway, a challenging few days. Our friend who was very sick has passed away. Just awful. So I've not been sleeping well, kids have been staying up late (summer hols here) so getting up late and mornings have been a rush. I've not been sticking to my routine or diet (although I e not gone mad) and I've had a glass of wine or two each night to take the edge off, and painkillers to numb me to sleep. Which haven't really worked.

I'm just so angry. Why take him?

A girl has been murdered on a little island that I look at from my kitchen. What is happening? Why?

And then I think of all the atrocities in the world and feel ashamed that I only get angry when death touches me.

    Must get my head together.

Thanks for my hug, appreciated Apple!

I've got my head together lastnight/today. Sometimes you need to say this is it, I have to improve things now.

Today I have cleaned out the hens and treated them, used an exfoliating mask and I'm feeling a bit more together.
Edit: used the exfoliating mask on myself not the hens!

    I'm going to:
    Clean bathrooms
    Sort washing
    Dust
    Hoover and mop
    Teach for 3hours
    Get oh to make lunch
Take kids to a community event- they didn't want to go, ds2 had sore ear do doctors and pharmacy run completed instead.
Do weekly shop, include healthy food, and alternatives to wine. Done took hours!
    Cook tea done!
Exercise walk to the pharmacy and back will have to do
    Work on ohs business
    Call Mum done
Sort out childcare for oh away for funeral (I can't go, feel ok about this)some ideas
Early night with relaxing music etc

My not to do list is more important though!
No pain killers (take it easy on my back today) back sore :(:(
    No wine has a glass

It is hard not to be angry about the murder you refer to EG. She was a sweet, defenceless child and the island you refer to was a popular holiday spot where many Scots will have spent at least one summer holiday. I just pray that the family finds some comfort with time and only wish that the whole thing hadn't played out on social media :(
