Just a quick banking update as I'm waiting for the students to arrive any minute!
I now have most of the mortgage offset in savings/ investments. If I had to hand over everything I'd owe £545!!
Have 13 items on ebay, and have one weeks pay due to me from student teaching on Friday. I also have the lodger paying on Monday (£400) so I will hopefully be mortage neutral by Saturday BUT this does not allow for everyday payments and bills coming out in July. However I get paid two more weeks of student teaching by then, so I will officially be mortgage neutral on 15th of July with one months expenses. Funnily enough this is the exact date of my 38th Birthday!
So close!!15/5/12 Paid off Mortgage 1 (£220k) Bought Dream House:www: Dec 13 - Mortage 2 -£116,508. 15/7/18 Mortgage Free Again :j

So, mortgage neutrality this month, whichever way its calculated
