Trading in CDs? Oooh .... somehow I doubt that means "trading in compact discs"I think it does.
Unless I am missing something.
I'm presuming it's "trading-in CDs" as in "give them to shop - get money".
"Trading in Contracts for Difference" would be something else entirely...:eek::eek:"Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Err sorry for the confusion, I just sold some old music cds!
All going well here but I need to step up a gear.
Today was a nsd and I managed a free lunchtime date with OH using some free vouchers from a ms. It!!!8217;s only 40 mins but very relaxing to have a break. We have had weekly dates now for free for 4 weeks and feel much better for it. Quite a few surveys completed and one more job uploaddd to app.
Yesterday was not a nsd. £40 in football fees paid. £38 on groceries. Now spending more on football than on food!!!
Didn!!!8217;t get chance to write my opportunities last time:
Get back on track with food exercise and health.
Get up early to work on ohs business.
Try and ace my interview and ask for a higher wage.
Get back on track at work

I didn!!!8217;t know quinoa was a protein, and it is therefore cost effective
This must be the latest reply ever (sorry) but I found this article from the British Heart Foundation about plant proteins and it has a section on quinoa: https://www.bhf.org.uk/heart-matters-magazine/nutrition/protein/how-to-get-protein-without-the-meat
PS sorry to hear about the scrape on the car but glad it was no worse. And two footballers in the family! Hold on a few years, they may make a fortune.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

Thanks wannabe and cherry and thanks for the article. I got a bit lost with the log in thing and started to read my old diary from 2008. I was so full of energy and dreams! I think I need to take a leaf out of my own book of 2008 and put a bit more effort in! Another thing I!!!8217;ve noticed is my salary has hardly risen in ten years!
Speaking of which I have a new job saturday and Sunday 6-8 am thanks to courgette. I have taken a 6 month contract and I!!!8217;m happy with the pay, I should net about £50/week. Think I!!!8217;ll start a week on Saturday but still waiting for confirmation. This will be an excellent boost to my save £1000/ month for the mortgage and £400/month for travel.
I!!!8217;m at my mums which is going ok, she is not terribly impressed with the boys behaviour at times, and at times I agree! Will have to think about it a bit more.
I!!!8217;ve coloured my hair, was a bit frightening as it said a hint of pink- I!!!8217;d say it!!!8217;s peach- but it was from £land and it looks fine! An eBay bundle of clothes sold and I!!!8217;ve relisted one.
Still do do:
