    Yes :) thank you. Vendor reviewed and asked if offer was still on the table. We agreed on a sale price of £160,000 STC yesterday. Very very exciting!

    It's bad form to go back and change all your posts to "offer accepted", even if you find your old posts deeply embarrassing or something. It stops other people from getting advice from your past experiences. :(

    Good to hear you got them to £160k from your last £162k which they rejected.
