And I'd say nowhere near the number who have viewed this thread have actually been put off buying something at Argos. Despite their obvious wish for bad publicity! :whistle::rotfl:

Been on here a while and do not remember reading posts where someone bought a broken item and Argos would not replace it.

Have I missed them?

Mum bought a product from them and it had a design fault, everytime she took it back they simply replaced it. Even when the item was over 12 months old. This went on for several years until they no longer stocked the item and refunded.

Just reminded me I need something and going direct to the Argos site now. Thanks to this thread you may have given them an extra sale.
