Contact list from old mobile has appeared on my new mobile, how is that ?
Just wondering how, through what Application or Setting or Action, contact list has been transferred from old mobile to new mobile ?

Only if you've told it to back up to your google account

The O/P has told us they did move automatically, so that would suggest they had been backed up.
I don't know anything about my data being backed-up in cloud, don't remember seeing that or agreeing to it.
I know some Apps want access to certain information & they have Sync setting, whatever that is. Thought that might be doing it.0 -
