Does anyone have experience of Future Comms?

Like many other people, I have not been refunded the early termination fee, that I paid to Vodafone, to start a 3 year business contract with Future.comms. After 10 months of contacting Future.comms and pacing around in the dark, so to speak, I then found that CISAS would not be able to deal with my complaint, because I'm a business customer. Future.comms is registered to CISAS, but not to OFCOM. Only Plan.com which is a separate company dealing with the money side of things is registered to OFCOM. There's no mention of the early termination fee on the Plan.com contract and of course, we know that the early termination fee is written on the Future.comms blurb.

Has anyone managed to make any headway with this?

Avoid this company at all costs! They promise to buy you out of your contract and then don't pay you! I have been waiting 18 months now! I am so frustrated with my self for signing with them. I am patiently waiting until I can be rid of them!

Joined in Nov’18 promised buyout from day 1 still no word. Unsure what todo will small claims court get me anywhere? Any help much appreciated..David
