Is Lastminute.com, reliable?

Options
If I were to get some tickets from lastminute.com for legoland, will they be legit? The system is to pay for them on the website and show email and credit card made to book at legoland. Is this legit?

Edit to Update:
Well I've found the answer to my own question, I phone legoland, and the answer is yes they are "fine".

I've used it to book a hotel in Dublin and had no problems whatsoever.

Ive done that with theatre and meal tickets in London, and with a hotel booking too. There were no problems with any of the bookings so I would certainly trust them again; in fact, just trawling the site for another hotel booking - their prices are very good!

I would never use them again.
we booked a hotel [and paid] in Stavanger and when we arrived they said there was n o booking. We were left stranded as obviously the hotel was full as were all the others as something was on.
They were on tv as being totally unreliable.[watchdog]

Yes Stavanger is in Norway. We had to hire a car and stay 50 miles away very inconvenient and expensive.we tried contacting lastminute by email and they just ignored us[they don't give out a phone number]
We eventually got our money back from the credit card company

I have booked the legoland tickets with them and no problem whatsoever and went to brussels with them last month and again no problem. I even have a couple of days booked to Paris with them next month.
Also I work in a hotel in London and we take reservations from them again no problem!

    They have been terrible!!.

In short, we booked a holiday for 3 using the website – Cost £1,121.58. During the process I was ejected from the website before the booking sequence finished – Naturally, I went through the sequence again and booked our holiday using a credit card .

The following day the Credit card company alerted me that TWO separate amounts were charged to the account. (Total £2243.16). We emailed last minute.com (you cannot telephone) and we had a response stating:
“We would only be able to initiate a refund once you accept the lastminute.com administration charge of GBP 45.00 per person (as per our terms and conditions).”

Currently they are sitting on my £1121.58 since 25.04.05 – and to get a refund I must pay 3x £45.00=£135.00 for the privilege!!

I am having a running email conversation with them since 25.04.05 despite providing them with telephone numbers to call day or night.

PS – They have sent me just one set of tickets –

Any advice on alternative course of action would be appreciated.
