Cheapest Tube Travel?

Spending the weekend in London and trying to decide what's cheaper: Using contactless Or Travel Day Card (and I have a 16-25 railcard). Which is the cheaper option for zones 1-2? Does anyone know how much these both cost and the caps for contactless on the Tube?
