BT community broadband schemes

Sorry to cross-post, but was advised that this was the more appropriate forum.
Has anyone had any direct involvement in the coordination, setting up (and successful completion) of a BT community fibre broadband scheme? If so, would you mind sharing your experiences?

Not done it but some info here. You get 75% help up to a maximum of £30k.

Thanks - we're a bit further along than that. I was really hoping to find out any potential (and actual) pitfalls along the way, from someone who has seen the whole process through.
