Nothing here, and both my names begin with the first letter of alphabet.
My switch completed 14th Feb

Might be on to something there as my surname is near the end of the alphabet

I think it might be the switch date. Sister switched straight away so 19th Jan and has been paid hers today. I switched on the 26th due to opening a joint therefore delay in opening and parents switched on 31st and we haven't received ours yet.
