Having a small jacket with tuna mayo for lunch and dinner tonight will be HM faggots with onion gravy. Will make those this morning and will be making enough to add a couple of portions to the freezer for another meal in a couple of weeks time.

Lunch will be avocado on toast topped with poached eggs and supper this evening will be something Bean based and hopefully Mexican in flavour but not chilli. I have to find a recipe that will fit the ingredients I have in store. Digestive biscuit topped plum crumble and plain skyr for pud and of course a cup of coffee.0
