Yummy pork sausage from local butcher, swede and potato mash, carrots, green beans and broccoli, will make some gravy, but sadly cannot eat onion gravy. :(

Defrosted some blackberry and apple so hoping to make a sponge topped pud to go in the oven alongside a Victoria sponge, to make it worth putting the oven on.

IslandMaid- the second cookery lesson sounded wonderful. Enjoy your booze cruise. You are very lucky.

Yesterday we had chicken fajitas with salad and rice.

Today we went to the fish shop at the request of the youngest - they choose red sausages, piece of chicken and chips. I have leftovers from yesterday in the fridge. Yogurt and fruit for afters.

I've just had a fried egg in a wholemeal bap for breakfast - delicious if a little naughty. Not sure what I'll have for lunch, but dinner tonight is YS ready meal curries, only 85p each. Saves me cooking as we're decorating today.

YS curry here tonight too, will cook some basmati to go with them, but out of other bits and bobs I think. I keep meaning to try and make some GF Roti or Naan, but not managed it yet:o
