Man has been round to my place. Says that I need a pacifier vent and extractor for the condensation plus some things to disinfect the stains. He says he will put them in his report.
Said my blocked guttering was not causing problem.
Quoted me £250 for vent, extractor and install + vat on top.
What does everyone think ?
Blocked guttering will cause problems, get it unblocked ASAP.
When the damp specialist comes round, you want that potential source of trouble to be ruled out.
With the cold spell coming up keep your thermostat to at least 10C, some would say 12-15.0
