Need help switching to new provider, currently with BT

I am looking to switch phone and bb provider from BB. I get the normal speed of around 10-12 mb, landline calls and the sports package and it regularly comes in at around £60-70 per month, which is too much.
For an idea of my usage, I live alone and only have one laptop. I don't notice a slow speed as I don't download films or play games, the only thing which is maybe slow is when I stream football and it stops all the time? I have a firestick but don't use it.
Should I stick with normal speed? I am considering Plusnet as their sale on now for £20 per month sounds good. Are there any extra charges (or benefits like cashback), and also does anyone know if they provide you with a BT Sports app I could cast? Sure I read that somewhere.
Any help appreciated, the offer ends in a day or two.
