Looking for an esimate as to what to expect for the pain for four months.

i have been offerd £3000 for whiplash/trapped nerve but still after nearly 2 years after car accident .I experience intermitant trapped nerver symptoms which require more phsiotherapy of which i continue to fund myself .
Do i settle or "long it out" as my injuries continue and subsequenly affect my sleep.
My soliicitor thinks the offer is slightly light has anyone got any advice as i am on the fencew weather to accept/reject first offer0
