Electric Heating Help

Hi
I’ve recently moved into a new flat and it’s got electric storage heaters (I’m renting so no option to change). By the heaters there are 3 switches (remote spaces to see photo). I’m under the impression that the two on the left are for the day and night power, but does anyone know what the switch on the right does? Should I have it on or off?
Thanks,
Hannah

Hi,
sorry can't get your picture up.
Strange to have 3 switches to control heater, normally storage/E7 is on a timer and comes on at 11/12 at night and off at 7/8 in morning.0 -

Have you got a heating controller in the hall, Hannah?
The switch on the right looks like an isolator for the control wires. You need them all on for the system to work correctly.0 -
http://tinypic.com/r/23v0qps/9 works OK for me.If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0 -
Yes, I do have a controller in the hall, so I guess it’s proably linked to that. Thanks for your help0
