    Sorry, I missed the later replies.

    Things have become worse, the chat process has ground to a halt, until yesterday, tracking was showing being delivered up until this coming Sat, last night this changed to delivered to you on Wed 17.

    I fired an email off to customer service, however they wont respond to the email has its from a different account (cant use the registered account to send pop3 emails anymore).

    I desperately need a UK contact number now.

    Help.

    There is nothing stopping you creating a Twitter Account for issues like this. I have a Twitter account and it is purely used to contact companies and promotions where you get a bonus for sharing content through twitter.

    A replacement finally arrived with me this evening, got there in the end however the experience with Amazon has left a bit of a sour taste.

    Fingers crossed there are no more issues to this saga.
