she should give her 10%. £150. i think that is fair.0

Yep, she should give her half. Friends are far more important than money:j0

I would like to see a reply from susannah and trinni. It gives me hope that with all the replies that have been posted that most people want to be fair It's only gready people that would not offer to share the cash once you let go of it freely without any expectations it will come back in abundance.0

There is a psychology/economics test called the "Ultimatum game". In this, two players have a pot of money to share. The first player decides how much each player gets, the second player decides whether to accept the offer. If the offer is refused, both players get nothing. This game is often played with real money.
A rational first player should offer the second player the smallest possible fraction of the pot of money. A rational second player should accept this offer because something is better than nothing. However, in practice, first players tend to offer amounts approaching 50:50 and second players tend to dismiss offers that are lower than this.
The point is, it doesn't matter what would be sensible, friendships are built on sentiment. If Trinni hopes to remain friends with Susannah then a 50:50 is the only certain way.0 -
I say she should definitely share her bingo wings! The both their arms will be the same size above the elbow!

I went to bingo in a club with my sister in law and her daughter. My partner and I could only play half the cards they could play so we had half a six card each. They won several times it was only a fiver or a tenner but we didn't win anything and we were thrilled for them. At the end of the night they split the money four ways and stuffed it in our pockets. When I counted the money I realised that they had split it four ways. I told my sister in law we shouldn't get any of the money as we didn't go regularly but she said they always share with bingo buddies. I said well it's not fair because they paid twice as much as myself and my partner for the tickets. So I insisted that we got a third between myself and my partner and they got a third each. This was only fair and the other two in question should definately go 50/50. Taffy0

Anyone who goes to bingo with a friend knows that standard etiquette is you share all winnings equally - good job too as it's always my friend who's the lucky one!!0

Yes definitely, she should offer to hand all the money over, but hopefully only half will be accepted.0

I remember winning £5000.03 on the link game once - whilst that money was a huge amount - I gave half to my friend who was with me. £2500 each - we struggled most with who should get the odd 3p!
When I have been to Bingo with a a group - we always do the winner gets 50% and the remainder gets shared between the others0 -
at least 1/3, maybe even 1/2 ?
without the game cards she would have won nothing- spread the wealth, and KEEP your kind friend!Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..
