Moneysupermarket.com had a promotion in December 2017 which included a £50 MasterCard for signing up to Sky broadband. I signed up but didn't get the card. I've still got the Moneysupermarket.com image of the web page offer. Sky are denying that there was an offer and say that they aren't responsible for promotions on other sites. I signed up with Sky via a link on the Moneysupermarket site. Tried Sky customer service via Resolver but, after receiving 11 replies from 11 different CSR's, I'm no further on! Just who is responsible when a provider won't honour a promotion on a third party site?
