Three PAYG broadband topup page query

A friend who uses a Three MiFi on PAYG has a strange item on the page showing available credit.
It says Credit (1) above the entry for remaining credit.
Does it mean there is a top up awaiting the credit running out?
The Three site doesn’t explain what it means, any ideas?
