WelshGoblin, you should really be asking those questions on your own thread.
Over a week ago Pdmum said they were sending their letter, so the answers to your questions are unlikely to help him/her.0 -
KeithP - point taken, I was trying to keep my queries with the draft they were based on rather than duplicate the contents but I hadn't noticed the posting date.0

Pdmum
Not yet, but I only sent my response off last week. It was based on yours but I did not include all the points as I did not want to risk any negative reaction from the court (if it actually gets that far). I'll let you know when/if I get any response.
Have you heard anything yet?0 -
So my reply says no breach of Pre-Action Protocol for debt claims which is the appropriate Protocol and not the general Pre-Action Conduct and Protocols to which i refer to?
Its noted that my letter is a copy from the forum and they are not prepared to answer unreasonable or irrelevant points generated by the forum. They remain happy to answer all reasonable and relevant points however.
They could require a £10 admin fee for the SAR so instead have enclosed a duplicate copy of the POPLA evidence so my points raised remain unanswered as regard to contract and signage.
They are pursuing me as Registered Keeper but reserve the right to also pursue me as the driver.
If no agreement for settlement they will immediately issue proceedings.0 -
