    Err, I know it's slightly OT (and coming from a self-confessed 360 fanboy) - but if that's what you want the ps3 for, I can't imagine why you wouldn't get a 360...

You get 360 exclusive content for GTA, more people to play pro evo against, PGR4 and you save £70...

    Just a thought though :)

the ps3 (according to IGN) has more slowdown than the 360 version aswell so if its just for pro evo and gta i would be going for a 360 imho.

dont know maybe i just want the latest and better featured console out (greedy old me lol) and also forgot to state blu-ray for me is a must.

but tbh.. i think GTA has had its launch put forward some months due to the fact the 360 cant handle how big the game is? i read somewhere anyway there doing a cut down version for the 360.

Besides - it will be a doorstop that can play BlueRay DVDs - hardly a useless doorstop! If you buy a bluray DVD player with no DVDs you will pay a lot more! :D

On an aside... CEX RARELY have any cash to cover these.
To sell on ebay - if it goes for £320 you still have £30 fees + paypal fees (usually £10) so wont make that much on it. £290 for the PS3 and £79 for the games.

Ive used cex to sell to for years, there always there with the cash. There was a guy infront of me who sold his ps3 to them for £230 or something.

Oh and ebay fees are not £30 lol i just sold a pool table for £250 and fees come to £6 something including the FVF. paypal fees for receiving £320 is *runs to his paypal calc* £11.08 and anways we all add that extra £5 to postage costs to sort of cover any fees.. do we not?

No we don't, you can have your ebay account suspended for that.

true you can but show me a few links to auctions with spot on postage costs? there isnt any, people add more for many reasons including for fees for packaging costs for fuel costs for handling costs...ect. dont like some sellers with ridiculously high postage costs though i find that daylight robbery but im always happy to pay the extra few quid that sellers require.

Anyway this was my first topic ive created purely to help people out not to slag or point fingers at, this is the last time i will be posting on this post and actually on the WHOLE forum, seems to be more people on here after a fight then to help or appriciate.

    Good bye.
