    I disagree. If the camera show that the vehicle is in motion, how can it be evidence that it is parked?
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

    WHICH were involved with Beavis and we all know how that ended up. They're about as much use as a chocolate fireguard.

    BEAVIS, probably a done and dusted case from day one.

    WHICH has done a great deal for the consumer and this
    is another avenue ..... we must try every avenue

    Actually I think the Consumer's Association chap did a very good job.

    I personally blame the Judges for a very skewed view and naive interpretation of the business model, and the fact they ignored persuasive case law from Spain (and Australia too I think) as well as UK Consumer Law - all in the bin so they could change the long-established penalty law.

    For NO GOOD REASON whatsoever. Maybe they wanted to make a name for themselves. :mad:
