    Highly possible ?

The BPA is a members club accepting subscriptions from
parking companies to which many PPC's have gone to
the other side being the IPC

No doubt in fear of losing more members, the BPA
give preference to their members which is disgusting.

As said many times, the BPA are useless and now a
defunct organisation who are not fit for purpose

Well, after starting this Thread on the 5th Jan with a request about how to pay the fine, today a letter has arrvived from UKPC stating they have upheld the appeal and the parking charge has been cancelled. There was even an apology.
Can't quite believe it actually but I'm not complaining. This is all thanks to you lovely folk who've done all the diligence so other folk don't get penalised - a massive thank you!

Haha, they gave up when they saw the forum template appeal then? :T
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
