    Hi,
You have recently received an e-mail with the incentive/voucher information for a survey you completed (Laundry survey).
We are sorry to inform you that the voucher you received was incorrect/already used and we will make up with the correct incentive to your panel account by the end of today (2018-01-22).
We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused.
If you have any questions please contact me directly at this e-mail address.
    Kind regards,
    Claudia

But not the missing payment, I e-mailed Claudia on 24/01 but without a reply so far

Swagbutton Watch only has 2 channels today, so won't be getting many sb from there.

Each video gives 5% and they are around 35 seconds each. A few are less and a few are more but it's adding up quite quickly. May be worth a short if you need the points :)

ETA: It's only 1 point though

The only thing I use Chrome for is SB - never been a fan of Chrome in general, but like to keep SB separate from normal browsing.

I use Firefox for SB only. It does slow on watch occasionally but I can selectively clear cookies without fuzz and restart the browser without annoying anything else. Works for me.
