If you haven't already, it may be worth putting in a ticket. I did last week and I've had my 950sbs credited.
I was convinced I'd done things right and checked that the 950sbs was the only credit still available, so there must have been a famous Swagbucks glitch.

I started on 5 November and managed to build the Level 12 command centre this morning, so 11 days. However, as I previously said, by the time I got my Hero to level 9, I started concentrating on just building the levels on the Command Centre, rather than building all the other buildings the game was suggesting I should do next.

I just clicked the Santa link, email came through straight away saying the offer had tracked. But the T&Cs say "*SB will appear as Pending for 32 days. Must enter valid sign-up information, including credit card information to earn SB", so I shan't hold my breath!
