I've just had a "courtesy award" of 160 SB added to my total, presumably the missing SB from the mix up the other day. Hope other people have got their missing points too.

Lucky you. I had an email from customer support yesterday saying that they had resolved my problems and they were crediting my account. This was after numerous tickets for unpaid surveys etc. I was happy till I looked at my account and found that I had not received even 1 SB.

Same I received the email from support telling the issue was resolved and I would be awarded the missing credit - not received any credit and now things are not crediting and daily goal is showing lower amount than my activity page again! I give up

In discover there is a Santa Claus at home free offer. I clicked on it to see what it was - it's video which can be personalised for kids. I didn't look at the video at all but now have 300 SB's pending for 18/12/18. It must have credited pretty much instantly.



Don't know if I'll get the SB's but it must be worth a try.

This has happened to me too. I put in a ticket for 15 missing SB's from a survey about compact living. Had a reply yesterday saying the SB's had been credited but this has not happened. The email said to log out and back in again but it still hasn't made the missing SB's appear.

Being off sick with a broken arm (as I knew I'd have time to sit and watch it, so that I could move up to Level 12 as fast as possible), I signed up for this when it was only 1200SB. It's credited this morning, but at 1600SB :j Well worth the effort ... if you've got a lot of time on your hands

Just to add, it's when you reach Level 12 of building your command centre, not just Level 12

My mistake was that I was doing the next building they told me to do. In the end, I just started focusing on the Command Centre and upgrading the buildings needed to enable me to then be able to level up on the Command Centre.
