Clicking on the red Redeem does not make it use whatever that particular swagup is, it just takes you to the reward card page and it will still use which swagup they determine should be first if you are redeeming enough bucks for it (I tried going that way to redeem my 950 and it still tried to use up a 50 first - cancelled the unverified order and the 950 then paid with no problem).

Carp, saw this too late.
They're definitely not honouring them in the order they were won as overnight they applied the 50 sb I won hours after I sent in a ticket. Just the typical sb....

I can't decide if it's genuine incompetence or utter lack of integrity that so many of these things don't credit. :mad: It is so frustrating

I now check my activity before I confirm every redeem to make sure any Swagups actually credit. There was one I cancelled 3 times before the damn thing finally worked :mad:
