Hi Michael instants are usually on your front page
not everybody gets them

Thank you, I'm hoping I can make up 720SB in the next 30 days to ensure I meet the quote for the £10 bonus. Up to 221SB after a day which is a good start but it's hard work finding surveys I'm eligible for! Only been accepted for 2 so far.

No just need ads to show, I just tried it and it stopped after one ad. Usually it'll stop playing but sometimes it'll play through without ads. Number of ads shown by clicking the brown Reward' banner under a video, I think that changed.
